...because...because you touch yourself at night?

Take a week off to re-think that.

Just pour a bunch of hot water on it.
It will work without a problem.

<-- Live in Canada and regularly poor hot water to defrost, deice off my car windshields/windows. It is the fastest and most effective method that I have found.

Even without any heat on at all the windshield defogs faster with the fan on high, with the AC on its faster & with heat & AC its the fastest... of course withot the heat ice is completely unaffected.

I got the same problem some of you are having with my honda civic 94. Average temps in here portland these days are like 40-50; the humidity drives me insane. My ac doesn't work so i usually put fans and heat on highest if lucky it will defrost. Should I have the windows partially open? It gets really hot inside the car when i do this + rear defroster takes forever to work.

Just like how my AC doesn't work without its ethernet jack, turning on recirc isn't an option either. I've got an oil leak and setting it on "fresh air" while sitting still means I'd be pulling in "fresh fumes". Asphyxiation isn't an option for getting my windshield cleared up a bit faster.

Besides, recirculate should raise the interior temperatures faster.

Then open your window a little bit.

garage...

everytime (including this morning) I don't park the car in the garage overnight and wake up to a frosted windshield it pisses me off that I have no one to blame but myself.

It's not all about temperature, it's more about dehumidifying the vehicle. That's like trying to get the oil smell out of your car by simply blowing the air through the vents. Open the windows then.
