Defragment problems

I play the online 3D game Asheron's Call alot. The other day I ran Disk Defrag on my computer. Ever since, I've noticed a Huge performance drop in Asheron's Call. It seems like my computer doesnt have enough memory to do simple tasks. Would Defrag have caused this? Any suggestions what to do to fix it?

I dont think defrag would cause that problem, if anything it improves performance.
Perhaps you could specify your own virtual memory setting,
R-click my computer > properties > Performance > Virtual memory set to a min of 160 with no MAX. Then run defrag again. I use norton speed disk and set it to optimize the swap file, i don't know if the windows defrag has this option.

Ok, right now I have: Let windows manage my virtual memory selected.
Couple questions about your suggestions... I have a 4.02Gb Hard Drive with 3.02Gb free, and 32Mb Ram on my dinosaur. Since I have so little ram, would raising the minimum virtual memory help my performance? In the virtual memory window, it says: Hard Disk C:\ 3105Mb Free. So from your suggestion, I should set the minimum to 160, and the maximum to 3105? Sorry, I dont see how to set it to "no Max" like you said.
