Defragment problem

Hi all,

I am using disk keeper and after the defragment, I still see fragmented files (red). I tried to do it several times and it does not help? Is this normal? because I don't see any more red (fragmented) files with my other drives. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks

Move the fragmented files from that drive to another. Defrag them on the other drive; then move them back!

if you try to defrag your drive and you have no room on the drive under like 30% it wont defrag all the way not enough room. try to clean out the drive and then defrag
