Defrag and Utorrent at same time?

Sounds like excessive of obsessive behavior to me. I wouldn't worry about defragging. If you're running Vista, just let it defrag automatically over time.

i defrag hard drives everyday and those hard drives feel like brand new

Just takes longer if you're doing a lot of DLing. And you'll have to redo it after you're finished DLing as well.

I defrag automatically daily as I churn a number of files (NOT ALL OF THEM TORRENTS!)

I have never had an issue with any of the torrents. The only effect is that the defrag takes longer.

look at it like this: your desk is cluttered with files and folders so you ask an assistant to come in and file all the folders and paper work thats cluttering up your desk, at the same time you have 6 other assistant's that keep coming in leaving files and folders on your desk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there a possibility that some files may get filed before you can access, read or proof those files and simply get loss!!!!!!!!!!!!
