Deforce 2MX400 Inno3D card with problem in LX M/B (need help!!!)

Hi there , i had setup a Geforce2 mx400 Inno3D graphcard on this system, PII 266 i440LX M/B
with 384SDRAM and creative sound card, everytime I ran the 3DBenchmark programe, it hug, had try to download new drivers but encountered same problem, please do advice if any of you guys had install or encountered this problem B4 your help is very much needed and appricated. Thanks
 
Depending on your motherboard make/revision, you may be experiencing a "known" issue with certain early AGP slots not being able to supply the correct current/voltage to later AGP video cards. This problem becomes more apparent when an attempt to run a program/game that requires D3D.
 
Thanks for your advise , it seems like there is no other way to use this graphcard on a old system then, not unlease a new motherboard is change!!
well anyway could you kindly suggest a graphcard, (Geforce 2 prefer) that can support with this M/B (i440LX)??
