no I haven't but I've heard car nuts that Forza doesn't even come close to GT. And I'm a car nut... I'll care about little things like the 350z didn't come in yellow until 2005 or that the Integra Type-R has 5 lug nuts instead of 4.

I haven't. where did you read this? I know MGS3 went to xbox after a year. I know virtua fighter 5 is not longer an exclusive.

I bought my PS2 for GTA:SA. It came out a while later on XBOX with better graphics. Then I bought GT4. Forza came out around the time I bought it with better gameplay.

I don't know why you're arguing. I already said Xbox live is way better than Playstation network and I already said microsoft is 1 gen ahead of sony. 😕

MGS being ported to other systems is a rumor right now. The PS3 has lost other exclusives like Virtua Fighter and Armored Core. The next Dragon Quest is now a DS exclusive.

bottom line, MS is a software company and can make superior software with their eyes shut. while sony is a hardware company and we all know that superior hardware != superior console. or else xbox would have sold more then PS2.

How is MS 1 generation ahead of Sony? Both had sixth-generation consoles (PS2 and XBOX). Both of these had online functionality. Now, both companies have seventh-generation consoles (PS3 and XBOX360). Both of these have online functionality. I fail to see how MS is "1 gen ahead."

They also have series like Jak, Ratchet & Clank, God of War, etc... They really do have some great IPs available. Whether they are your types of games or not is irrelevant overall, they are still great games.

MS is at least 1 gen ahead in the online department. PS3 games are being released without online functionality because the online libraries just aren't there. Every 360 game has some sort of online functionality...even the dedicated single-player ones like Oblivion.

HD-DVD is cheaper to make for companies. That's the only advantage I know, I'm sure there are more (as there are some disadvantages).
