Defaulting back to Internet Explorer

Somehow, when I click Internet Explorer icon on my desktop, it opens up MSN Explorer. How do I make it open up IE again instead of MSN Explorer?
 
Go to start. Then go to Run. Type in Inetwiz. It will bring up the internet connection wizzard. Go through the steps. And then it will default your Internet explorer back to normal.
