I've followed the knowledge base article to a "tee" and I can't get it to stick.
Works fine with XP Home, but Tablet edition? Forget it :

My task right now is creating images (using ghost) to dole out to a bunch of laptops that aren't managed (no domain). I go ahead and do everything as admin, create a new user, modify that user's environment to reflect our needs (bookmarks, batch files on the desktop etc). I then log in as admin and copy their profile over the default user profile, delete the user, run sysprep and .... it doesn't work!
The first user that the XP setup creates is the default that was on the computer before I tangled with it! WHY?!!!!
