Default profiles for Windows workstations

I was curious as how to create a workstation, or a group of workstations, to always default back to a certain profile once a user logs off. I believe you can change a Default Profile .dat file and change it to a .man file. Does anyone have more information on this that they could share? Thanks for any help.
