Default home page keeps reverting to google.com

I don't know if its a spyware, or some setting in IE I am unaware of. When ever I open windows explorer, my default home page keeps going to google.com. I checked the default home page, and http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=3 is listed as the home page. Which is odd because it is the ip address not the domain name. Anyway I tried to set it to something else, but once I close and reopen IE, it goes back to google. Its pretty annoying. any help?
 
ahhhh, I feel like I just went to the dentist for a nice fresh cleaning. CWshredder seems to have done the trick. Thanks.
