I took in a Def Leppard concert yesterday evening, and I must say, I was very impressed. Viv Campbell and Phil Collen on guitar are a perfect complement to each other, and Joe Elliot on Vocals, and Rick Savage on Bass were amazing. If you have an opportunity to see them on their X tour, definitely check them out!

Your sense of date and time are as bad as your spelling.

I saw them this summer. I thought it was kind of sad. the new material wasn't anything special. the crowd forgot the words to half the songs. they kept telling us to not forget them. I will always appreciate the stellar music they created but seriously, they should call it a day. They will never reach the younger audiences of 15-25. Unlike Bon Jovi, who has 18 year old women singing his 80's songs at his bounce tour, which is awesome...

their performance of 'Rocket' was the highlight.

Don't tell me waylman, just by your sh!tty attitude and the fact you came in this thread just to crap in it, your favorite musician is Zamfir.

Best concert I evaar saw.... in 1988. Hysteria tour; Europe opened and we missed them . I think Leppard played for over 2 hours - it was August and 90 degrees out; the front twenty rows were hosed down every 5 minutes. This band has consumed over a million ozs of booze. I'm suprised they can still rock let alone walk.

<---a big fan of their 80s stuff

but they should have taken their own advice "its better the burn out, then fade away"
