i thought they were a reliable source, but lately i've heard their shipment is flaky. i ordered 2 dvd's last month, it still hasn't come, they told me to wait...i dont think i'll ever do business with them again if it takes them 3+ weeks to ship.

the only 2 positive things i have for these guys is that they 1. have free shipping and 2. have decent prices
 
Has it really been that long, or are you exaggerating? They ship via USPS using the cheapest method, so it does take at least a week. They probably take their time getting it boxed up as well. I wouldn't go with them if I was in a hurry, but their prices are unbeatable.

yeah I'd have to agree with all that too.
 
They use media mail for their free shipping so, it could take a couple weeks. I have purchased a couple dvds from there and they always took more than a week to get to me.

They have always used first class mail for me, but maybe that is because my last order from them was a year and a half ago.
 
i have ordered a bunch from them. twice the movie has taken around a month to show up. the majority of the time it has been fine. It always comes though.
