ripped form AVSforums:

invadergir says:
DeepDiscount.com 20% Off Sale Nov 9th - 25th

So far only one code have been given DD1109

Note: Does not work for pre-order (thanks for the update PurdueRy)

I just used it to get HD-DVD version of planet earth for $53.47 shipped. Can't complain about that... until the wife starts adding the HD-DVD bills that are accumulating...

Blue Planet? I'm assuming this is the same thing I saw a few years ago. One of my roommates in University had the Blue Planet collection on DVD. Don't recall how many disks total, but it's from the makers of planet earth, or technically planet earth from the makers of blue planet. Same deal except it's all related to stuff in the water, fish, whales, aquatic birds I think. Really amazing photography in this one too.

i second this sentiment! I'm trying to save for a house damn it!

Houses are overrated, your movies will look much better in a dark environment like a cave :p

Ugh. This always comes at the worst time of the year. Well, ok, it always comes at the same time every year but...

I ended up getting Planet Earth, Transformers, Batman Begins, and U-571 in HD-DVD. I'll just rent the Bourne movies in HD from Netflix. I just got an HD-DVD for Xbox 360 and I'm building a Sonosub over Thanksgiving break, so I figure these will be good movies to test the system with :D

*slaps forhead* I was so set on getting planet earth that I completely wiffed on this. I bought Soprano's 6.2 yesterday at Costco and thought to check for planet earth to compare against DeepDiscount.com. sheesh, good thing I resisted the urge to open the package!

Ok, now that I have to place a second order, lets see if there's anything else I need. U-571 eh?

Maybe, maybe not. Had it not been free shipping I probably would have looked for more stuff I wanted to lower the apparent shipping cost per item and realized I wanted Sopranos. You should see how much I spend at monoprice when I only need a $2 cable.

But free shipping means I can keep buying all week!
