Basically the ONLY complaint I have about the 360 is the lack of dedicated servers. Everything seems hosted by one of the players which also forces like 16 player max and in some cases less for lag free gameplay.

I know that several PS3 games have dedicated servers.

Are games barred by Microsoft from including dedicated servers or is it just a decision of the individual game company? I'd really like to know because it is starting to really piss me off.
