Are you saying the Brits pronounce "agenda" agender? Because they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. In fact, "agender" was a Brit actor consciously aping a theatrical exaggeration of how they think Americans speak.lol, his fake american was going so well until he called it "an agender"
i've actually watched videos before with brits talking about this, observing that they don't actually hear the "r" they spoke at the end of words ending in "a" unless they really think about it.
