Anyone know how durable Fiesta or Pfaltzgraff are?

corelle are practically indestructable (as far as plates go)... of couse, we've broken our share over the years, hence a need for a new set.

 
Man, don't buy that stuff for the wife. Get her something more personal. Buy the plates in January when they go on sale instead.

 
i'd rather give my wife something more personal than housewares. Anyway, she can buy those anytime even without asking me.😱 but that's just me. GOOD LUCK!!!
 
Pfaltzgraff is good stuff, looks nice yet is sturdy and easy to clean.

You might buy an extra setting, because once a pattern is retired buying replacements can get expensive.
