When are we going to do a Florida meetup? I missed the Hoover, AL meetup in like 2004/5/6 (can’t remember year). I think I was across the street at the time but couldn’t make it. I need to find that link.

By the way, that structure violates just about every imaginable code in that county, was essentially built illegally, and any owner is going to be the target of every single resident in town. There's a reason it's never been occupied, chief of all: the original owners, lol. This project has a long history, filled with nothing but animus.

Not sure that kind of headache is worth the $200mil price tag to live like like a fantasy James Bond villain for the ~one week that you would be holding residence. 😀
