Deceptive advertising

I went to a local frozen yogurt place tonight and noticed a slight problem. They advertise their product as .39c per oz, but charged me 39c per oz instead. I guess they hired a lot of ex Verizon employees.
 
I was going to say something, but the cashier ended up being someone I played ping pong with freshmen year. Plus there were way too many cute girls around to make myself look like a cheap ass.

should have called them on it 😛

last summer i bought a hand packed quart of ice cream from baskin robbins.
it wasn't even full, but she put it on a scale that magically determined it was a quart.

i told her that quart measures volume, not mass, fill that fucking thing up.
she filled it up.
