Decent SOHO AP?

Looking for a couple access points for my home network. Any recommendations? Wanting to spend under $100 for each one. House is medium sized, 2 floors. Nothing special.

get a couple of those and your house will be covered.

i'd use two routers (any kind) connected with wired backbone otherwise.

all routers will do AP (well any linksys)
 
I had a Buffalo wireless router and it was rock solid. (w/ both stock & third-party firmware)
Can't remember the model number, but it was the none-high power version of the WHR-HP-G54 that Jack mentioned above.

Only reason I don't use it anymore is company assigned me a Cisco 871.
 
I am happy with my Asus router. You will want to upgrade the firmware to dd-wrt, and once you do this, you will be able to do anything you want with it, or a couple of them.
