Decal on Trucks (mostly)...

I keep seeing this decal / logo almost exclusively on the rear window of trucks. I can't recall not seeing it on a truck.
Also, the drivers of said trucks are white frat boy looking guys. So, for the longest time I assumed it was a Dave Matthews Band logo.
However, I haven't been able to find anything on the net. Pardon my crude Paint.Net drawing taken from memory. I'm no artist and this drawing is far from exact. However its similar to this with curvy lines.
Help me ATOT.

Also, I have no idea WTF it is even supposed to be. Never seen anything remotely similar here in Ohio (and I go to Ohio State, plenty of frat boys and never seen anything on any vehicle).

Also, I've yet to understand the concept of equating DMB with frat boys. Most frat boys around here are stuck on anything remotely similar to Rap. DMB would make them shudder from what I can tell.
I'm not a frat boy and I also shudder in the general direction of DMB.

At first I thought it was some kind of Navy thing, but that didn't seem right. I searched the hell out of the web one night, and learned more than I ever needed to know about gay graphics, and still didn't find that. I don't know how I figured it out, but I found out it was a gay symbol somewhere.

I think it started as some kind of commercial or advertisement somewhere. Maybe even billboards (I think it was actually). I cannot remember the message attached to the symbol, but it was pretty clear in that it was a "gay Rights" symbol in some way. Further confirmed by the fact that I know a few gays and lesbians who have the decal on their car, and the only not-gay people who I've met who have it on their car have most assuredly been a little too scared to come out of the closet but otherwise are most definitely not straight.

Though I do know one girl who has the decal and is straight (at least, may be Bi but I don't know, does have a boyfriend)... she simply has a lot of gay friends who she "supports".

I don't really feel like Googling gay rights information so I'm just going to go with my awesome memory of it starting as a commercial/advertisement.

That's what I thought at first, until it became patently obvious that most of the drivers never could have been Lieutenants in the Navy.

lol that logo always looks foreign to me, it took me a while to figure out it was a deer too. just looks weird to me.
