What the f logic is this? Red beans ok, but chili beans no? Chili bean industry not kick in enough campaign donations?

Maybe save money by getting rid of bureaucrats who have nothing better to do than sit around thinking this dumb micromanaging shit up.
Pretty sure it wasn't the bureaucrats who dreamed up this list. I'm assuming they are wanting people to only purchase dried beans.

Isn't a chili bean, a pinto bean.

Not according to the Twitter post.

Pinto beans ok.

Mind blown with this stupid policy. Gtg or not?

Just rename them pinto beans in chili sauce, and maybe you are back into gop's good graces?
Also, mash them and refry them, GTFO

Because they're goddamned stupid, and all they want is to punish people who aren't them or those that pay them. Poor people are like the first on the chopping/rapey block.

This shit is so stupid. Biden should declare the debt limit unconstitutional under the 14th amendment and be done with it. If SCOTUS rules otherwise he should ignore them, stating that it would be a violation of his oath of office and the Constitution to follow their order. Biden is on the ‘no global economic catastrophe’ side and Republicans are on the ‘yes global economic catastrophe’ side. It’s an easy win.

What would Republicans do in the face of this? Nothing that matters. Cause a government shutdown? They are going to do that anyway. Impeach Biden? That will go nowhere. Elect to default next time they hold the presidency? Lol.

I agree these bills are STUPID all caps!

I don't think it will go anywhere ( I hope not anyway ).
Good man you gained some respect. While I’m all for setting some limits on snap food stuff, I’m not for limits that are there to humiliate a person who cannot afford food.
Want to limits ho-ho’s and ding dongs fine, want to limit zero nutritional value meals fine. Just limit stuff to say “Haha you’re poor” is cruel

He should probably ignore SCOTUS on more than just this. Worked well for FDR.

We need to pay down our debt to zero. The only way to do it is to shut down the government to get concessions so it can be used as cover by dems to agree to what they know needs to be done - across the board spending cuts over all programs.

We need to? According to who? You have yet to articulate a reason why we must reduce our debt, especially by using drastic measures.

Why do we need to do this?

Repeating your previous posts doesn’t make them more accurate.

I have to disagree with the points above.

We don't need to shutdown the Government period.
No across the board cuts either. Granted I know we need to cut some things, but to just cut everything because it's there is not a good reason.
Holy fuck more good cred. Proud of ya man.
Agreed, everyone looks at the debt ceiling as taking on new debt, it’s really about paying your debt that you’ve already committed to paying.

Because Biden doesn't have the authority per the constitution to rule a law unconstitutional. That authority is only granted to the judicial branch.. Sad, but true. All Biden can do, on the subject of constitutionality is take it to court. A President can Veto a bill rather than signing it into law, and can claim it's unconstitutional, as his reason for the Veto, but that is the extent of it. Anything else is just words without any authority.
