Debian Linux O'Reilly Book questions?

Question -

I want to learn debian, but for the initial install and setup I prefer an actual book to walk me through.
Is O'Reilly's Learning Debian GNU/Linux still valid? Will it help me install / setup / basic configure a debian box or is it too outdated?

I was also eyeing "Running Linux - 4th Edition" by them. Anyone got any opinions on this one?

I'm not really to sure about the books, but this is probably what you need. "Running Linux" is a great book to get though 🙂.

Running Linux is by far the best book on Linux I've seen.

The Learning Debian GNU/Linux book has very little debian specific information and is very old. You're better off getting a more up to date book.
