Hi there
recently I downloaded iso images of debiab linux (potato) and burnt them on CDs for i386. The first CD is not doing boot-up. I thought the first probably was not downloaded properly. I downloaded it again and burnt it. Same thing. Didnt work. Then I heard that the new debian (woody) is out and is stable to use. I saw only one iso file on the ftp servers. Anyways I downloaded that and burnt it. Tried to boot with it but it didn't work.
Well this is my first time with Debian Linux. I have been using Redhat. Wanted to try Debian for a change.
Can someone help me in this. Am I doing anything wrong? Do I have the correct files?
FYI: By the way boot up sequence is the way it should be.
