LOVELAND - The Larimer County Coroner's office has released the name of the man who was killed in an accident involving a wood chipper Wednesday.

Brian Ganiard Morse, 54, of Loveland is the man who died. Morse was the owner of Brian's Tree Service.

The incident happened around 1:15 p.m. near the intersection of Wilson and Fountain in Loveland.

The autopsy found Morse was killed after his gloved hand was pulled into the chipper. The report found no evidence of foul play or that drugs or alcohol were involved.

Both the Loveland Police Department and OSHA investigated the incident.

Probably happened so fast he had no idea what happened. Those big chippers are NASTY fast.

according to the autopsy (autopsy?! what do you autopsize in this situation? :Q), his gloved hand went in first. since it wasn't his head that was instantly crushed first, he knew, for a split second, he was fvcked.
