The only drink soft drinks rarely, and when I do it is Sprite.

There's no caffeine in Sprite, so that won't kill you. You can go for death by sugar intake, though

caffeine is very safe since it quickly has diminishing rewards then turns into negative effects very quick. nothing like other stuff where you take more and more to get a good high.
if you just drank 5 espressos you'd probably get jitters and nausea and other fun stuff...
