<< Man, $150 for that Samsung is tempting..... >>

The price for the Samsung 955df is $194 after coupon. It's originally $243.95.

Edit: And yes, it's still tempting....

Either they jacked the price on the Samsung 955DF, or there is a typo in the first post. It is listed as $243.95, which will end up $194 AFTER coupon. I'm thinking about it, but $200 is a little high, since it is a present for someone else.

The one that would cost $150 after the coupons is the Samsung 950D not the 955DF.😉

Does anyone know the story on the $50 off $199 coupon?
Is it for web orders only, or can I give it to the phone order people?

I ask because the site won't create an account for me.
Keeps giving errors.

Ouch, what happened to the WD 100GB SE? Now it lists as $238.95 before coupon?! I was going to get it, but now it's too rich for my blood...

Site is back up.
Thanks for the pointer.
Got me an Epson Perfection 2450 for $329 + tax.

That is a spectacular price.

Maybe there's a deal to be found in CPUs? As far as I know, Gateway Accessory (and NECX, the "host") sells only retail kits. It seems like you can scrape together a retail CPU for the price of an OEM, if that helps anybody.

They've even got those Northwoods that everyone seems to want. 🙂

🙂I just got a Epson Stylus Photo 785EPX $49.00 + free shipping...

$199 -$50 -$100MIR = $49

Great Deal

Thanks....

Just thought the Belkin KVM combo might not be too bad...

ALL-IN-ONE OMNIVIEW KVM CABLE PS2 - 10FT Yes $28.95 X 3 = $86.85

OMNIVIEW SOHO 4-PORT KVM W/AUDIO PS2/USB Yes $125.95 =$125.95

-50 Discount

Net...162.80, which looks cheaper than dell...

[EDIT]Err...seems like those cables don't have the audio portions...and Gateway doesn't sell the cable kit with audio cables....ah heck...[/EDIT]

Here's one I cooked up from my old "deal engineering" days:

Maxtor 40GB D740X ATA/133 7200RPM BARE DRIVE = $103.95

+

Western Digital 40GB CAVIAR ULTRA ATA/100 HD - BARE = $98.95

Subtotal = $202.90 - $50 coupon = $152.90 or $76.45 per drive. Not bad.

Edit: Mistake on the math. Still not bad.

Hmm, i bit and got 2 of the 120 gig 8 mb drives. Now i am an even poorer college student (only 200 bucks left in my bank account 😱) But i still have 1200 bucks in checks that i have to deposit 😀, so i guess im not so poor after all 😛

Thanks marill999 ! I got the Turle Beach Audiotron MP3 Player at the Gateway Accessory Store reg $281.95 for $231.95 with FREE SHIPPING!! Use 50 dollars off coupon in Discounts/Financing section on Gateways website!

limax, you wrote in an earlier post that you got the Epson Stylus Photo 785EPX printer.
How did you do it? I only found this printer in gateway.com but not in the accessory store and the coupon only works in the accessory store but not in gateway.com

anybody else who had the same problem?

This is how I found the 785EPX ... just click "coupons & rebates"
scroll down to Epson and there it is... click on it, add to the cart and apply the $50.00 code.
And, if you have bought (or are buying) a digital camera, you can use the $100 MIR from Epson.🙂😀

Aside fron the really crappy site setup (Can you find a logout button?, sign-up before you can even add things to your cart?) and super slow load times (but only for customers not logged in!), does it bother anyone that the site only seems to support 40-bit encryption? I'm gonna jump in on this deal but have to go get a more secure credit-card first.

Peace

Promise SuperTrak SX6000 6 Channel RAID Card for $212.95.
Best pricewatch $245.

Now for 6 hard drives...

Dalant,

How do you know if the site only supports 40-bit encryption?

Sign-up before you can even add things to your cart?)

Very bad in my opion. No one will give out all personal info. and credit card just to add things in the cart unless there is really really good deals on the site.

Bad Bad Bad!
