Dear USPS: You suck. Seriously, you're worthless.

I love USPS. They've never lost a package, they deliver anywhere in the world, they're cheap, free saturday delivery, they're fast.

Priority mail, 9.95

You need to contact the vendor, if they said Priority mail.. why did they mail it to you using UPS mail innovations?

I didn't read the OP - I just saw "USPS" and "suck" and immediately sympathized as I, myself, became consumed with rage.

Half the time when I receive USPS packages, they're beat to shit... and that's after showing up horrendously late, which is still better than the number of times it never showed up at all.

The biggest problem I've had with USPS is they have some crazy policies.

So, USPS NEVER delivers mail, it always goes to the P.O. Box, Yet, when we get mail, if they don't include BOTH our street address AND the P.O. Box, we get stamps all around the letter saying that it needs both.

I've even had a letter sent back because, heaven forbid, it only had the P.O. Box on it. Apparently they decided that was undeliverable. Even though they have been delivering to that same P.O. address for for the past 40 years (for my family).

Yes, but if you read the OP closely, you will see that both UPS and USPS were mentioned.

And the reason for that is what I wrote above.

FAIL. All that is is the name of the postal store... like any old privately-owned mail and copy shop. They also ship UPS and that's why it's in their name. It's pretty obvious.

what the hell are you talking about?

UPS innovations is a UPS service that does ship items but at the end it's the USPS that delivers it to the recipient.

Before Christmas I had UPS send a package to my friend in Afghanistan, I got it back a week later because they didn't fill out customs paperwork.

DHL has a similar service, they're both pretty effing slow but free. It's pretty common for "Egg-saver" shipping (not the same as free Ground Shipping).

Bummer. On 6 January, I sent a 9 oz. box via first class postage from Eastern WA to Lexington, KY. It arrived yesterday. *shrugs*
