You can say the same about Beauty

There's a biological explanation for that.

I'm not looking at it on that level. I see it as a fashion trend. Some people wear Armani suits and drive fancy cars while others poke a bolt through their face. What ties them together is that they're doing it for the attention and to suggest otherwise is disingenuous. So how about we all start speaking honestly? That's all I want. Just cut out the "it's a personal choice" bullshit because it's not nor has it ever been.

And yes, sometimes those tunnel plugs are sexy as fuck. It's unfortunate that my needle penis can't get enough friction to get me off.

Yes, I'm starting to think the OP was denied permission to stick his penis through said earring, thus the angst.

We all wear a uniform. We all want to fit in somewhere. What is acceptable, or cool, in one group would be considered a total joke in another group. For example, the Mexican fashion of wearing boots with really long tips. In those clubs, it's the thing to do. Here, you'd be laughed at.

Nice boots. What is even better is you can take them off when the fad dies down. What if someone in the 80s got a pair of crotch hanger hammer pants permanently affixed to his body? Yeah, he would look like an idiot. How is that any different than a giant tattoo on your face?

Just be up front about it, that's all. What I hate most of all is that these people wrap it up in some sort of weird personal form of expression bullshit when all they're doing is ascribing and partaking in a separate subculture. It really isn't any different than the Mexican boots or the snob-nosed elitist pricks in fancy cars and rolexes. There isn't anything wrong with any of that, but at least be honest and quit hiding behind all the bullshit reasoning.

You're not special, creative, unique or even interesting. You all try hard to be very different and in typical stupidity end up looking the same. I can't remember the last time an idiot with an earring wide enough for me to stick my penis through presented to me an interesting thought-provoking idea or statement. In fact, if you actually had something to contribute you probably wouldn't go so far out of your way to stand out by your looks but rather the merit and substance of your ideas.

I get two things from this:

1) You are closeted and fighting it.

2) You have a really tiny dick.

What makes you think they want to be any of those?

Everyone has to fit in with some group. That is just another group.

The fact that they say it and the extremes they go to via body modification to draw attention to themselves. You can sell a sports car or a rolex but you can't exactly sell your tattoos off your skin. To remove them you'll go through a lot of pain and time and money.

I should provide you with a cock pic. I'll take a picture of my hot bod and post it in the stud thread to get you all hot and bothered.

The reason I'm singling out this specific group is because there's a metric butt-ton of them in and around the Metro area. Rest assured, I hate everyone equally it's just that I encounter them the most often.

Another thing about tattoos --

I know many friends that have stupid ass words tattoo'd on their bodies... like their names, or 'peace', 'love', 'believe' etc.

I mean... give me a break. Are you gonna be 50 someday and say 'yeah I'm glad I got 'smile' tattoo'd permanently on my ankle?

OR how about the Chinese symbols that represent one of those stupid words? LOL

Fixed my original assessment.

I'm comfortable with my body and my sexuality and the extremely-long but-needle-thin shape of my penis as well as my unusual and unexplained sexual attraction to tunnel plug earrings.

Maybe you can try fucking a standard ear piercing? Sometimes, if a girl has her hood pierced, I like to stick it in there. So much tighter.

I'm with you on this. People will quit waring Ed Hardy (god willing) one day and look back and say "Holy shit I looked like a tool!" The people with giant gaping holes in their faces cannot do that and worse, lack the ability to realize it is a trend and that one day they won't want that forever.

Prepare your kleenex box and vaseline.

I doubt any of them care what some small minded prick on an internet forum thinks about them. And, no, I don't have any body art on me at all.

Nononono! you've got it all wrong.

If I spotted a man with a bolt going through his forehead and coming out the other side of his cranium I'd probably giggle and respect that he's at least being creative. I can't say the same for these hipster/faux-prisoner/douchemonkeys who all look the same. Needless to say, they're both doing it specifically for attention but at least the dude that's been speared can say he's original and not a mindless drone who's lying to himself.

you sure have some strong opinions about what other people wish to do with their own bodies.

But his opinion seems to have merit though. I do not think he is dictating anyone to do anything, more like stating an observation.

I have some pretty odd tattoos. They are a result of my personality, not a portrayal.
