Monday Morning Quarterback? You mean like all the republican douche bags blaming the victims for the mess in New Orleans?

How many republicans have got on the TV and blamed the entire mess on the victims?

They are no better. This situation is far too complex to lay the blame on any one person or group...to say otherwise is either complete ignorance or partisan nonsense

You cannot lump the entire population of victims into one group...there were some people who were legitimately unable to get out of the city...the poor, the elderly, the sick...however, quite a few more people chose not to heed warnings to evacuate...also behavior like this didnt help much:

Overnight, police snipers were stationed on the roof of their precinct station, trying to protect it from gunmen roaming the city, CNN's Chris Lawrence reported. One New Orleans police sergeant compared the situation to Somalia and said officers were outnumbered and outgunned by gangs in trucks. The officer hitched a ride to Baton Rouge on Friday morning, after working 60 hours straight in the flooded city. He has not decided whether he will return. He broke down in tears when he described the deaths of his fellow officers, saying many had drowned doing their jobs. Other officers have turned in their badges, he said.In one incident, the sergeant said he saw bodies riddled with bullet holes, and the top of one man's head shot off.
These are the "victims" I choose to blame.

I must have missed the news flash. When was Micheal Moore elected the president of the United State and suppose to deal with the crisis in LA and NO?
The moment he opened his big mouth and spoke with the authority of having the answers to everything...no one likes a Monday morning quarterback.

Funny how Moore is always quick to criticize others, yet rarely offers solutions of his own...I guess that is the luxury of being a "documentary" filmmaker.

Heh, no one likes a Monday morning quarterback, but you have to have a looser Sunday quarterback first before you have those Monday morning quarterback to criticize that looser. If we have a winner here, all those Monday morning quarterback would have shut their mouth.

Not really, have you ever watched a competitive program? There are Monday morning QBs even if the Sunday QB wins. You know why? Because the Monday morning QB always knows best according to the Monday morning QB because he got to watch the Sunday QBs game tape and picked up every inconsistency and mistake the Sunday QB made even in the win.

So you are admitting Bush is the looser Sunday QB in this mess? Good, at least we are on the same page.

I asked a simple question, "so you think the situation in NO is a winning situion", and you didn't answer and only stated Moore is playing monday QB. So I can only conclude that even you agreed that the situation in NO is dire, and the QB of this country, being Bush, handled it poorly.

That's the whole point we are arguing I thought. I don't care if Moore is Monday QB, he is not the focus of this disaster. Bush being the leader of the country is, and we need to look at how effectively he is running this country. Moore can be a Monday QB all he wants, but if he has a point, and Bush is indeed running this country into the ground, we need to do something about it.

Dear Mr Bush,

This is Mr. Big Fat Ass Michael Moore. You know, the guy who told everyone the sky was falling and that voting for you would be the end of this country as we know it? I'm still reeling from the sound rejection of myself and my friends in Hollywood after the 2004 election. No, wait. I'm still PISSED because what little credibility and status I had before the election has been rescinded. Won't you please talk to Cindy Sheehan? I mean, I've spent the last week or so sitting on my fat ass writing talking points for her and so far they have failed to advance our cause. WHY AREN'T PEOPLE LISTENING?!?!? Now excuse me while I leave for McDonalds...

He's good with words but it is easy to criticize.

What action is he (Michael) taking? I'll have more respect when he does more than type....

Could things have been handled better? Absofuginlutely. Tell you what, lets all sit in a circle and bitch about the past right now. It's a helluva lot easier than doing something to help...
