Men should not wear capris, regardless of their orientation. I'm not 100% sure about women wearing them either.

Capri pants on men are a disgrace to the entire gender. They may only be acceptable if you have been stranded on a deserted island for so long that your jeans have frayed and torn so much they have become capri lengeth.
