You know what? Pig out every once in a while. It feels good and reminds you that you're free to do what you want. Counting calories and carbs and fat isn't how man is supposed to live. Besides, why the hell do you want to live to be over 60? What's good in life when you're so old that your joints hurt, you're diagnosed with one of the thousands of diseases or conditions that you want to enjoy your life less by not eating something?

The goal of counting calories/carbs is to help teach you to moderate food intake. Sure, I pig out every now and then, but there has to be a point to draw a line. Personally, I'd like to take care of my body and see my grandchildren one day, than contribute to a disintegrating health condition and become another statistic.

I'm not against what you're doing, watching what you eat is a great thing. I'm against counting every fvcking calorie or gram of fat. I think it's inaccurate, futile and distressing. I'm for taking care of your body and I wish I could do a better job myself but I think people should give into their craving every now and then to remember the pleasure of eating. I'm definitely not saying to eat at McDonalds everyday but remember the taste of a 99 cent burger and salty fries.
