I've been paying my bell phonebill since September, assuming it's paying for both my internet and telephone bills, this appears to not be true.

Despite the fact that they show up on the same paper, the account numbers are different and my internet has been shut down.

Summarily I can't pay for the internet bill online, or at an ATM, I have to go to the bank and take out a money order, since I don't carry any checks.

How much ****** sense does this make?

They also won't integrate the two accounts. ******.
