Mine just died...I don't think it's the switch because i can turn it on through the keyboard, and that doesn' work either.

Checked pricewatch and it's about $21 with shipping for 250W ATX...any better??

Depending on your system you might be much better served not to get the cheapest one you can find. If its an AMD K7 the PSU is one of the last things you want to skimp on. On the other hand if thats not an issue depending on where you are you might save money overall(shipping)by picking up a generic at any well stocked computer store for around 30$.
 
The forsale threads have very good deals and quite often for a range of wattages from 250 to over 400 and inbetween.
