Dealing with an annoying coworker...

I have one of those coworkers that feels he HAS to talk and joke around every minute of every day. To make matters worse, he likes to walk up and read what's on my screen. Out loud usually.

Now, I have snapped at him and told him I don't like people reading over my shoulder, but what has worked for you guys? Because I'm about ready to break his nose... :|
