Don't forget Onvia.com offers free shipping.

If anyone would like the $25 off $200 Onvia coupon codes, just click my e-mail link below and type Onvia coupons in the subject line then press send.

Does anyone know if these IDE recorder is any good? I have a SCSI 8X plextor right now and its pretty nice.... never get buffer underruns but I'm afraid if I go to IDE there might be a problem.... Any thoughts?

This could potentially go even lower....i hear there is some $50 off $200 onvia coupon floating around....

If anyone hears of it...please let everyone know! If not, please post and confirm that it doesn't exist

Splitsec524, I plan on getting this drive for myself. It is suppose to have a new process that eliminates buffer underrun errors.

yea, got to be fast or these deals will be locked down in under 2 minutes....not what it used to be around here 🙁

...check out other sites for the same deals and such...much better hot deal forums out there that allows coupon codes and the like.

I have heard of the $50 coupon too. I would love to have it e-mailed to me if anyone knows of it. TIA

I have the 8x4x32 IDE Plextor, and I can attest to the fact that I've had NO misburns or underruns in over 70 burns... this is one heluva drive, and at a good price to boot!

Hey Dudes

I just rec'd my 12/10/32.. haven't tried it out. I'm upgrading from an 8x20 SCSI also. I have heard nothing but good stuff about the new one

The 50/200 coupon from Onvia was kind of a rumor... someone got it in the mail, but it was for canadian dollars only.

RE: The mysterious $50 off $200 Onvia coupon, MisterPotatoHead is correct. This coupon does exist however it's only valid at Onvia's Canadian site assuming you pay with Canadian dollars.

I opted to save $100 by getting the slower Plextor 8x/4x/32x CD-R/W drive and using one of the $25 off $200 coupons.

RossMAn,
How did you save $100? Is the 8x/4x/32x the PX-W8432TI/SW? It's $199.99. So minus $25 then 10%=$157.49. Am I missing something?

I can't post that coupon directly but check techbargains-dot-com, you'll find it. Also, I don't really know if there's a point to get the SCSI version. With the burn-proof technology and blazin fast speed, IDE has pretty much come to the level of SCSI, and its also cheaper. Just my opinion.

Onvia hasn't been on Pointclick in almost a week. The "$221" price isn't going to happen. If you haven't already used your $25 coupon on another great deal you can get it down to $240. My $25 coupon has long since been used 🙁
