Deal or Scam: Information to get free electronics stuff

Been seeing lots of those info-for-sale in various auction houses (search INFO FREE). Anyone know anything about this?

it's been posted here a handful of times, and once earlier this week. You're buying the phone numbers to wholesalers, but you *MUST* be a registered resaler or something. I think Skoorb made a post about it...lemme look

regardless, it's a scam. The only two links i could find were of a guy self promoting his ebay auction and he was banned for life from here.

technically, it's not a scam. Most of the information is legit, but you have to have some kind of retailer or buyer certificate. I guarantee there aren't more than 3 people out of the 100,000 users that are here that have one of those certificates. This information is worthless to you and i.
