At the top of the description, they call it the: The Voodoo5 5500 PCI and at the bottom they say its AGP.

Also, what is lacking in the white box thats in the retail box, just the drivers ?

Usually retail gives you a much longer warranty... also, my retail V5 5500 came with a power y cable and a mousepad; I doubt that the whitebox will come with such amenities.
