Price showed up as 84.91 at the St. Cloud, MN store. I printed a copy, and went to my local Sam's here in Rochester, MN. Gave it to the guy at the desk, and he accepted it, though he didn't look too happy Walked out with 120GB of HD space for $171, not bad!

I dont know what stores have the drive listed for $84.91, but i did order two drives online for $112.91 and some cdrs to get to $250. Best deal I have seen on this board in a long time.

Well tried going through the relatives route. Called my mother in Orlando. She's a Sams Club member. Checked online and that particular store had some in stock. Called Walmart CSR. She said yes, there are 8 in stock.

My mother went up to the store. The manager looked all over and couldn't find any.

We tried pricematching here in Austin, without luck. If anyone manages to pull off a pricematch with the S-IH35 store, and there are any left, please PM me.

Called a Customer Sales person (Cicero, IL) and had her check the Chicago,IL area. None available. Nearest one to me had 4 left as of 5:30 p.m. in Merrillville, IN. a 45 mile drive (one-way). For Staples PM::

The Sam's in Merrillville, IN -- find the phone number from the click 'n pull-- has the 60 GB WD in stock for $84.91 but not listed online. I was able to PM with no problems whatsoever. By the by, I dont live in the state of Indiana(the issue was never raised). I believe by having the CSR call directly conceals the location of the Sam's store. Use the following instructions taken from DaRana's write up::

&quot;Call up Staples.com at 800-378-2753.

Tell them you want item #:IM1073227

Once they look it up and find it, tell them that you want to Pricematch the item.

When they ask where, tell them &quot;Sam's&quot; or &quot;Sam's Club&quot;

They may try to look it up on the website, but tell them that you have a phone number for a regular store~critical, say something like website confusing calling would be a time-saver~. You will need to find a Sam's Club that has the drives in stock ~Merrillville, IN~.
