what's everyone's personal experience with the samsung ddr ram?

i spent $166 on a 512MB stick of PC2100 DDR from crucial.com and look what i find when i get it. Samsung chips written all over it..

sort of thinking i might have been better off getting the mushkin pc2100 special that's does cl2.
