Oh the irony... no sooner than I post this I got a response. Wondering if it was this that caused the response because I know the person has been online since but I got the response either way.

If his paypal email doesn't match the one that is shown on his profile, be very weary.

I would PM the mods to see if his paypal email is banned or on the traders to avoid list.

I think he did not want to ship first and decided to disregard the deal. He may be a scammer, I agree, but the key there is "may be". It would be pretty harsh to call him out with no proof other than speculation. Hopefully anyone with any buying sense would notice the things you noticed, I tend to check heat first off, and back out of the deal. Anyone who is scammed by someone with no heat and different emails should not be trading online.

When I originally let it slide I thought he was someone else (I offered to multiple people) who had over 100 heatware. When I went back and checked his e-mail I realized all he had were ebay references.
