The card boots and shows its bios it starts detecting drives, but as soon as it goes to begin windows it turns off the monitor and displays nothing, i tested other pcie cards and they detected and booted fine. I already updated the bios to the newest one.

I have a 450w fortron psu
1gb patriot
stock speeds
stock volts.

Any ideas?
