I'm not sure this vacuum is worth $9.00. My wife purchased one of these about a year and a half ago from Target. It worked fine for about a month, then it stopped picking up anything and began to smell really bad. A call to DirtDevil revealed that the motor was blown and that I would have to take it to an authorized service center over two hours away. It only took 4 months for them to receive the replacement motor from DirtDevil! After finally getting it back, I subsequently had to replace two more motors in the next 6 months before finally throwing the piece of junk in the trash. Being so angry, I placed another call to DirtDevil to compain, but they didn't care. Since by this time the vacuum was out of warranty, they had nothing to say. I'll never buy another DirtDevil again!

After ordering it, I looked over the page carefully and it says

Shipping Advisory: This item must be shipped separately from other items in your order. A separate shipping charge will also apply.

I suspect that they will not do this as free shipping.

The standard shipping charge was $14 for me.
