Yup, I would advise everyone who thinks they may be at risk to reformat their hard drives. Sometimes these programs create logs everytime you download stuff and I'm sure they will be snooping around for those. The only way to be sure you are safe is to reformat, that way they can't find any of it. I did mine the other day right after I burned the CD's. Do what you want, but I'm not risking a lawsuit. Especially now that they are issuing 100+ subpoenas a day.
