You might be Ok, but I would still be kinda nervous. I heard that on some campus they were busting a guy for having only 7 files! :Q
Best I can say is wait a while and see what happens. Back up your mp3's to CD-R's if you want, but get them off of your hard drive. It is just too much of a risk right now.
