I was called by Mwave on the evening of the 12th to cancel the order. This AM an email came from mwave:

"Your PayPal payment for order number XX-xxxxx has been completed successfully. We will continue processing your order for shipment. Thank you for choosing mwave.com for your computing needs.

I don't have any hope of ever receiving the card; I think mwave's internal operation is messed up.
