It is the cheapest PCIE video card on Newegg right now, and it blows away the usual low-end cards. Does anyone know if it is loud, or if it has a temperature controlled fan?

Went through hoops to get a similarly priced x1650 in january, using google checkout $ at buy.com, free shipping, and a Diamond MM rebate.
