I didn't like that answer, so I called them again and spoke to someone else. She told me that discounts and rebates cannot be combined and someone is trying to cheat Dell. Then transferred me over to Kingston customer service.
I called a third time, and the rep processed my order for me and shipped it out personally!![]()
That's sound about how Dell CS works. I ordered a monitor, it was OOS, so I called to cancel that order, took three calls.
Don't flame this poor guy, I'm sure he didn't really do this, before everyone gets uppity.
