I direct you all to the new Dell happy disclaimer, to which you will fall victim:

"The Order Confirmation e-mail will also confirm your final purchase amount, pending any charges stemming from the verification of the online pricing of your order. Please note, however, that Dell cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. "

But there are still many ways out of paying full price:

1) Tell them that's not what it said and ask to cancel order.
2) if #1 fails, refuse shipment
3) or call CC and tell them it was bait & switch.

Speaking of, how can they say "pending any charges stemming from the verification of the online pricing", that screams bait & switch. That applies to B&M as well as online merchants.

I never said you'd pay full price, that's your ear noodle's interpretation.

Bait and switch? Lol...

Where to I sign up for the pool for when Cancellation notices are sent out?

PS I was not greedy, I only ordered one.

the more the merrier, since it's arleady a dead deal but hey lets see if they give out a compensation package for those that ordered the item in question eh?

You're right. 🙂 Are you LOL at my description or what? You know what I mean, I'm not saying it may not be canceled but I think their verbage sounds pretty bad.

You did not call them!

If you did - you should be banned for life from all computers and technology products for being an idiot!

You will get a free e-mail telling you that you aren't getting sh!t.

Haha..

Same date here. What shipping method did you choose? Me - ground.

I don't think Fat Wallet has it yet or maybe Dell added a few more servers.

My ordering was much faster then the Dell Computer mistake.

Overnight. I tried for same day, but apparently their delivery pigeon is sick.

Just searched FW, nothing yet. Let's hope it doesn't get there, then maybe we have a chance! Ahhh, it's the little things that add excitement to my life. 🙂

Just go my order confirmations. Both have the same thing - on or before Nov 03 for shipping.

Order #1 was for two units, Ground shipping.
Order #2 was for one unit, 2nd day shipping (should have done next day).

Would be nice to get these, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

All price mistakes are routed to null.dell.com where your IP adddress, account information and personal details are sorted for maximum spam processing. Dell then holds onto your money for a week so they can make interest on it, finally releasing it back to you so you can purchase a product that actually makes them money.

I called them and the CS rep told me it was a price mistake and all orders would be cancelled.

I didn't like that answer, so I called them again and spoke to someone else. She told me that discounts and rebates cannot be combined and someone is trying to cheat Dell. Then transferred me over to Kingston customer service.

I called a third time, and the rep processed my order for me and shipped it out personally! 😀

I'm pretty sure this has been debated before... So really shipping method doesn't really matter here. Ours will probably both leave the warehouse on the same day but you'll get yours sooner than me. Now, if our shipping dates were different...

You're a stupid moron if you called.

I can get a three day auction done before you receive your 30 units. 😀
