It says "reg price: $899.99" but if you add it to your cart it'll be $699.99.

I have this TV and it's great. It has qam so you can get unencrypted digital channels, although they probably won't be the normal channel numbers.

Nope, normal resolution for a 32". There aren't many (if any) 1080p 32" TVs.
