woohoo! mine shipped! ordered 9pm est 10/12.... my tracking doesn't yet work.. but it's shipped!
My credit card was not charged until the day after it shipped. So, never fear, Dell will get their money.Originally posted by: kami333
Interesting, my cc account has yet to show the charge. I remember someone else mentioned that they hadn't been charged either. I wonder if this is just a case of my account not being updated or what?
Given what you said and that the rebates are being processed by different companies (I assume given the different addresses), I think you would qualify for both. If I had any faith in the CSR's at Dell, I would suggest calling them, but...Originally posted by: nikko
Ok, I'll give this another shot. For those of us that got both a retail and an OEM drive, do you think we'll be eligible for both rebates? It looks to me like we should be able to since they are techincally different products (different SKU's anyway, I think) and different rebate forms. I'd just like some advice from some rebate veterans because if there's reason to think I won't get both, I'll probably refuse delivery on one of the two. Thanks.
It is the silver and yellow label that says 120GB. There is a micro-picture of what they are looking for on the rebate form.Originally posted by: kermalou
